Our team at Everton Park is operating as usual, with extra care taken to update our practices for the safety and well-being of our patrons during the current situation regarding Covid-19.

We continue to update these practices as new information is made available. These include:

  • All demonstration and service machines booked in and out are wiped down with disinfectant, as are handles, eftpos machine, cash and display cases.
  • Our staff have been implementing strict hygiene practices with frequent hand washing and use of topical sanitizers.
  • We are also encouraging the practice of social distancing with allocated waiting areas, staff proximity and a maximum number of customers within the store at any one time.

We’re doing our part to flatten the curve and help everyone from the comfort of their sewing room. If you are unable to make it to our shop, please reach out to us via phone or email. Contact-free options are available online for local pickup orders here in Brisbane.

If you are unable to reach us via phone or find us engaged – we are experiencing a high number of phone inquiries and may be serving another patron. Please try again after a few minutes, or send your inquiry by email or messenger. We appreciate our customers’ patience while we attend to everyone in good time.

REGARDING DELIVERIES

While we aim to ship orders same day or next business day, some payment options or orders placed after our usual pickup time can take up to 3 business days to process. If your order has been processed but find it delayed in transit, please be directed to Australia-Post’s update on interrupted services for an idea on expected delivery.

A Statement From Australia Post:

With the large parcel volumes we are currently experiencing, we do have delivery delays of several days and we have an unprecedented number of enquiries relating to these delays into our contact centres. We are working through these enquiries as quickly as possible and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please be assured that we’re working as hard as we can to get these parcels delivered, including delivering over the weekend in some areas of the country.  So that we can move your parcels through our network as quickly as possible, you may not see all of the tracking scans that you would usually see. …the Express Post guarantee of next day delivery with the Express Post network has been temporarily suspended due to the significant reduction of domestic passenger flights (which carry parcels), social distancing and hygiene requirements in our network, and the increase in volumes. Express Post is still available, but parcels may not be delivered next business day every time.
