Tips for Using the Beading Foot Set on a Janome Sewing Machine

Supplies Required:

  • Janome Sewing Machine
  • Beading Foot (Narrow or Wide)
  • Fabric
  • Sewing threads and bobbin
  • Fabric Marker / Chalk

Tips:

  1. Using the fabric marker, mark the line where the beading is going to be placed. Then pin the beads along this line
  2. Attach the Beading foot to your sewing machine and select a zigzag stitch pattern
  3. Set the stitch length to equal the diameter of the beads.
  4. Place the fabric and pinned beads underneath the presser foot and slowly start stitching. 

You are now ready to embellish your next project with beads.
