Premium Taping Guide Foot for Janome DB Hook Models

1. Set the tape width using the screw at the front of the taping guide.
2. Secure the foot to the machine.
3. With the presser foot in the raised position, double Fold the Bias Tape and feed it into the taping guide, then pull the bias tape through until it is past the needle position
4. Place the fabric edge/hem in the middle of the taping guide in between the folded bias tape.
5. Set the needle drop position to the edge of the bias tape using the adjustment screw on the top right of the foot. 
6. Lower the presser foot.
7. Guide the fabric with the left hand and tape with the right hand.
8. Stitch the tape onto the edge / hem with your desired stitch length.

Additional Tip: To reduce movement and warping, pin or clip the bias tape to the fabric every 10~30cm prior to stitching.
