Meet The Team Behind Janome Everton Park

To Commemorate their 50th Anniversary in Australia, Janome state representatives across the country met with Independent Janome Dealers to celebrate and release limited edition machines and commemorative gift packs for customers.
Janome Sewing Centre Everton Park has been an exclusively Janome & Elna dealer, with a team of people passionate about the brand. Led by Howard Austin, our family has been a part of the Sewing Industry for over 68 years, with four generations experienced in machine repair and sewing. Our store has existed for sewists in the Everton Park area for 40 years, and endeavoured to bring the local store experience to Janome customers online. We aim to set ourselves apart from big multi-brand dealers by supporting our favourite Brand. We just love Janome.
Our valued patrons return time and time again for our ongoing support with their machines and accessories, for troubleshooting advice and technical assistance, offering customers one-on-one lessons or demonstrations on all machines. Plus, we add bonus gifts as a special thank you for shopping with us.
Each of our team members are committed to going the extra mile for our customers. Howard’s experience as a Swiss trained sewing machine mechanic and Janome qualified technician is first class. His daughter Melissa follows, offering professional servicing and advice for technical problems and repairs.
Our store Manager and Head Educator Katrina brings over 20 years sewing experience and history with multiple brands to assist customers with the her extensive knowledge and know-how.
Ryan and our warehouse team strive to excel at warehousing and logistics for all our customer’s order and delivery needs, enquiries and exceptional 1 on 1 support.
Emma provides the most in depth online experience, gathering as much information as possible on every item, un-boxing, photographing and demonstrating models, with original digital content curated exclusively for Janome Everton Park.
