Enter in the Make, Model, and Serial Number of your sewing machine along with your details. Once completed you will receive email with your Trade Up and SAVE Offer Coupon Code. You can also call our friendly team on (07) 3355 5522 to organise your trade in over the phone. 

Step 2: Add the Janome Continental M17 to your cart and use our Trade In Offer Code

Add the Janome Continental M17 to your cart. Then on the ‘Cart’ or the ‘Checkout’ page, enter in your unique Trade Up and SAVE Offer Code to receive your discount. 

Step 3: Receive your Janome Continental M17

Once the order is complete you will receive a notification that we have dispatched your new M17 to your address. 

Step 4: Return your trade in machine to us for free

When you receive your machine, you will receive instructions on how to return your old sewing machine to us.

Getting Started

Any Australian or New Zealand resident over 18 years old can us the Trade In and Trade Up Program. Sewing Machine’s must be shipped within Australia. Photo ID is required.

Yes. You can trade-in multiple sewing machines, up to the combined total trade in value of $2500. 

The Trade In and Trade Up program is for the Janome Continental M17 Only. 

The minimum trade in value per machine which is used on the Janome Continental M17 is $1000. This is irrespective of the original sewing machine’s condition and value; therefore you can trade an older non-functional machine in for the latest Janome flagship model. 

Assessing my Sewing Machine

Yes. We offer a guaranteed minimum trade-in offer of $1000 for all sewing machine (working or otherwise). 

My Trade In Credit

Once you access the trade-in value offer, you will receive email with the trade-in credit via a Janome Sewing Centre Digital Gift Card. This Digital Gift Card can be either printed and taken to our store-fronts at Everton Park or Stafford, or used online with the Gift Card code. 

The Trade-In and Trade-Up credit is valid until July 31st, 2022. 

The Trade In and Trade Up program is for the Janome Continental M17 Only. 

Returning my old sewing machine

Please wrap your sewing machine securely in bubble wrap, newspaper, or other secure packaging and use the return box provided with your Janome Continental M17. Australia Post will then securely return your sewing machine to us. You will not be charged for delivery costs. 

Yes. Simply drop in to our Everton Park or Stafford location and one of our friendly team will have everything organised for you. 

Sending your old sewing machine in to us for a trade in on the Janome continental M17 is free, using Australia Post eParcel. Simply print the label and take it and your boxed machine to your nearest Australia Post office. You will receive the shipping label and instructions via an email.
