How to Access your Digital Downloads

After purchasing your digital instruction manual or embroidery design, there are three ways to access your digital content so that you can download it onto your computer or mobile:

  1. The Order Confirmation Screen
  2. Under Downloads in My Account
  3. Via the Emailed Order Invoice

1. The Order Confirmation Screen

Once you place your order, you will be navigated to the Order Confirmation Screen. When a order contains a digital download, there will be Downloads section for all of the digital downloads with a button on each to download them to your device.

2. Under Downloads in My Account

  1. From any page on Janome Sewing Centre, click on the My Account on the top right of the website (or by clicking the following link: My Downloads – Janome Sewing Centre)
  2. Click on the Downloads Tab on the Sidebar
  3. Once in the Downloads screen, you will be able to see all available downloads.
  4. Click on the corresponding Download button to download the file to your device

3. The Emailed Order Invoice

When you made your order, an invoice is emailed to your email address. In this email, there will be a “Downloads” section with a direct link to your Digital Manual.
