Janome Gathering Foot

Using Gathering Foot, a long straight stitch, you can easily stitch and gather in one movement.

The foot creates soft gathers in lightweight fabrics using the shape of the underside of the foot; increasing the tension will also increase the amount of gather. Use a straight stitch, set the stitch length to 3 or higher, depending on the fabric. Full instructions are supplied on the backing card for this blister packaged foot.
