STRAIGHT STITCH FOOT

The Straight Stitch Foot can be used on all types and thicknesses of fabric. This foot is flat on the underside to provide an even pressure against the feed dogs, resulting in improved feeding. It also features a rounded needle hole, which offers the benefit of more support around the needle to prevent skipped stitches and puckering. This foot is often overlooked, as it seems very simple in application and some what unnecessary, however the final stitch results are unrivalled, giving you an impeccable straight stitch.

When sewing on fine fabrics, you can further improve stitch results by also using a straight stitch needle plate with your straight stitch foot.
